Lakeshore Clinic brings the expertise and commitment of more than twenty providers together to serve our Eastside community.
In addition to your primary care provider, our clinics offer easy access to a wide range of
in-clinic specialists and services. And because we all work together, you
receive a personal and integrated approach to your care. Lakeshore Clinic serves the Eastside community with two clinic locations,
one at Bothell and one at Totem Lake. Both locations offer extended hours, including Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Mission Statement
The mission of Lakeshore Clinic is to provide our community with the broadest possible services for health care and the prevention and treatment of health problems in our physical setting; and to coordinate, contract, or assist patients in arranging for the complete spectrum of their health care needs when not available within our own facilities. We endeavor to coordinate patient care as much as possible within the constraints imposed by ethics, law, insurance, and market forces. We strive to provide the highest possible value to our patient in an accessible, convenient, responsible, and professional manner. We are a customer service organization whose chief concern is the well-being of our patients, their families and our community.
Our Vision
Lakeshore Clinic is a Professional Limited Liability Company of physicians, which provides quality health care. Our practice is made up of providers with specialties in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Podiatry. In addition, we ally with other providers in formal and informal arrangements.
